A Common Misconception About the Creation of Man

Okay, I have heard it all and I feel led to say something about a false doctrine that is being taught amongst Christians. I have heard many times now that some pastors/preachers are teaching and have been for some time that certain ethnic people (people of color) are the result of a curse of incest because Adam and Eve were the only people on earth. So, people of other races are a curse. It is true that God does not like incest and the bible has a very clear stance on it... “Wait! How could that be? Since there was only Adam and Eve on earth didn't they have to multiply with each other?” Some might say. But, I would say, “Let's read through the creation again and reason together. Praying first that the Holy Spirit give us clarity and wisdom.”
I have also heard that some Christians are teaching a sort of evolution in churches that since “there was only Adam and Eve” on the planet that mankind mutated or evolved into the races. Well, this is not true. I am going to teach the creation of mankind in the next lesson and I hope that you will join me especially if you think any of these things here. God's word is very clear about the fact that He created the races in the beginning and that Adam and Eve were not the only two people on the earth.

I think some are afraid to go against what has traditionally taught. If a person would read the book of Genesis they would get a better understanding.
