Living for the Present

So many people live for the present. They still believe that all things end with death. They do not believe that the fact that Jesus Christ overcame death and came back is relevant to their lives and eternity. There are even some Christians who struggle with the concept, especially new believers.
It can be hard to imagine as we look at all of the pain and struggles of the world today that this is not all, that hope is not lost for a wonderful eternity. John 16:33 explains that we will have troubles in life. But we, as Christians, have a firm grip on the reality that right now is never forever. For an uplifting reassurance read revelations 21:1-5
