Manipulating Scripture

It is all around us, the hidden agenda. All people have an agenda. For some it is purely fixed on God and seeking first His kingdom, for others it is personal gain or ambition to succeed by their own measure. This is just a quick reminder to all people portraying themselves as true Christians, do NOT manipulate scripture to deceive people, to fit your agenda or to elevate yourself as a better Christian.
I have seen it all too often and I know that I am not alone. I want you to read the following scriptures on this subject and please meditate on it. Call out to God and ask Him to guide your tongue and your efforts to please Him and not for your own personal glory. There is too much of this going on and it is sending the wrong message to new believers.
1 Thessalonians 2:3
Ephesians 4: 14-15
