Nehemiah: Considering Opposition

Nehemiah is a good book to show the mission of a follower of God and the opposition against them. The bible is full of books that illustrate how Satan is always ready to pounce on people that are working for God and following a life dedicated to the teachings and principles of Jesus Christ. Satan tries hard to get a person to panic when they are taking on a task for God. This way he can take their mind from God’s will. We can learn a valuable lesson here: Keep the wicked world out by fortifying our walls and pay no attention to the oppositions you encounter. 2 Peter also discussing the mocking one can expect when living a Christian life and working for the will of God.
