Q. What are parables?
A. Stories that teach a lesson or moral.
Q. Have you ever wondered why Jesus spoke in parables?
A. Each person has a different mental capability. Back in biblical times schools were not a normal part of everyday life so ignorance was large scale. Even in today’s society with mental problems deficiencies and the like, not all people understand in the same way. Jesus understood the variations and complexities of comprehension as well as the diversity of ignorance. He spoke in parables to allow all people to understand with simplicity and logic.
Q. Why are parables repeated but in different ways throughout the bible?
