Jesus is the Way to Pardon

Jesus is the way~ the way to what? Many people say this phrase but don’t fully understand what this means. In a general sense He is the way to all that is good. But when we study what the “way” represents it gets us closer to Jesus and the way that He had provided as a mediator/high priest between God and man. Let’s start by reading John 14:1-6. Once you read this, turn to 1 John 1:9.
Jesus is the way to pardon. All men sin and fall short of the glory of God. We are ALL accountable for our actions (Romans 3:23, Romans 6:23). There is one phrase that all men should memorize: The wages of sin is death. This scripture is very important. But when we repent and make a commitment to follow Jesus and change our wicked ways He pardons us and cleans us from that stain of sin.
