Praying for the Media

Have you seen the deception in the media? Whatever they think the public should know they tell them. No matter the agenda or bias they wish to push on us, it is often very one sided. The media should present the truth, not their version of how they view the situations. They also should not attack people publicly due to their points of view. We should be praying and asking God to continually hold people accountable. Also there should good news and family friendly stories that should be just as important as the worst of the world’s problems.

We should pray for anything that influences people. And the media definitely has a huge influence over the way people think. Unfortunately, I don't think the good news stories are going to ever be as widely covered, because they just don't get the ratings.

Round Politics
When good news is second rate news, it goes to show how far our society has slipped. I agree we should be praying for the media to do the right thing, but also we should let the media know we don't want their bias, and second rate news.

The American people deserve fair, and balanced news coverage without bias in either direction.

Samaritan and Lester, you are both completely right about this topic. If only more people would understand the role of the media as you two do- then maybe more eyes would be opened.
