The New Man
November 17th 2010 00:27
We learned through the last study that sin is a big problem and is fluent throughout the world. No one is untouched by it. Today we are reading from Romans 3:19-31.
We remember from our last session that man was declared and doomed as a sinner by the law in verses 19 and 20. Now we will see the new man once he walks with Jesus.
Verses 21-26 show us that the redeemed man has experienced faith, freedom and forgiveness. Being redeemed he is now a righteous man before God as Jesus leads the way in his life. Once we commit to the Lord and allow Him to be in the driver’s seat in our lives we see that He is glorified. We can also see a great change in every aspect of our lives.
Romans 3:27-31 gives us a clear view that once this transformation occurs from a sinner to a saved man, the person now has a new relationship with the law, with the Lord and with life.
