The Wrath of God: Rejection
July 25th 2010 19:16
We are continuing in Romans 1:18-23, we are now learning about man’s rejection of God. To reject something is to know of it yet willingly turn your back to it. This is a choice. For instance, we know of laws, if we choose to disobey or commit a crime despite the law then we are rejecting that law.
Rejection is everywhere when it comes to God and Christian ways. People know of God, They know of Jesus, they know about the sacrifice He made to ensure salvation, they know of the type of life that they should be living- yet, they reject it all. They consider themselves to be higher, mightier and flawless. They choose to reject the righteous ways and embrace evil ways. Anytime that a person chooses not to worship God, apply His commandments, live by his word and seek salvation through His Son, they are rejecting Him.

What's going to be very sad is when he rejects them at judgment for not believing and following him.
