What Does it Mean to FULLY Follow the Lord?

Christians have to obey God all the time! Not when it is convenient, or easy but all the time and with all of our hearts, our soul and yes, with our lives. We are to love God with everything we have, could ever have, and then love our neighbor as ourselves. God deserves our undivided attention and affection.
Sometimes we get so caught up with ourselves, our money and what people think of us that we forget why we are here in the first place. We all have a mission; God has a plan for every life that he has created. When we get too wrapped up in our own vanity, ego and wicked ways we forget about Him to the point that we try and justify crossing Him out of our lives completely. This is what will ultimately send us to hell.

I have no desire to upset you or your foundations, but, with all due respect, why do you cling to predestination? By your statements, God created millions of men and women for death on the battlefields, or other horrible mishaps, such as in planes destined for California on 9/11, prior to fulfilling "His" purposes.
If God knows everything and can see into the future, God would know full well what would happen to them before they were created, or are you saying that is God's purpose--for untold millions to suffer and die before their time?
Personally, I believe we were created as "free moral agents," endowed with innate capabilities for interpreting existence and its experiences. How we act on these same interpretations is the defining issue.
Yes, I agree that we need to honor God by adhering to basic moral, ethical and loving principles and by keeping our personal prayer lines active.

Anonymous, I am happy you believe in God, that is wonderful.
Each one of us has choices to make that lead us to where we go, who we meet and what end to which we will fall... every one. This world is sinful, evil will make men suffer, there is no doubt in that. No matter what men may suffer what fate God keeps His promise to stand by our side if it is righteous and use every circumstance to His will. Every thing will work for good no matter what evil may make its mark. Even if we can not see it at the time. Thank you for your comment.
